⚠️ Note 1: The tour takes place even on rainy days.
⚠️ Note 2: The sunset is an event subject to weather conditions. These conditions must be observed by the customer. We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions.
⚠️ Note 3: On overcrowded days, delays in the tour schedule may occur. We inform you that Sugarloaf Mountain tickets are valid for 3 days, allowing the customer to visit on a later date if it is more convenient.
⚠️ Note 4: At the end of the tour, the customer will be dropped off in front of Sugarloaf Mountain and will receive the cable car ticket from the tour guide. The customer can then explore the attraction on their own, without the guide and with no time limit.

Prices
The above prices apply to payments in cash or via Pix. Paying in full with a credit card incurs a 5% interest. For installment payments, there's an additional charge of R$40.00 per person, with up to 5 installments available. For information about the ""Private City Tour"", contact us.

⚠️ Requests for postponement or cancellation are eligible for a full refund as long as they are made at least 24 hours before the provision of the contracted service. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
Reaffirming our commitment to the customer experience, if there is low visibility at ‘Christ the Redeemer’ or ‘Sugarloaf Mountain’ (due to weather conditions) and the customer chooses not to visit these attractions, the amount paid for the tickets will be refunded according to the list below:
• Christ the Redeemer (weekdays): R$ 56.50
• Christ the Redeemer (weekends and holidays): R$ 81.50
• Sugarloaf Mountain: R$ 150.00
Security and certification
The tour is carried out with a certified and experienced Tour Guide, qualified to conduct in Portuguese, Spanish and English. If you need another language, please let us know at the time of booking.
