📌 Reservation, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

The tour reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit, which guarantees the spot and allows the service to be organized.
🔹 Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund of the deposit, due to operational costs and the reserved spot.
🔹 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed when requested up to 24 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is permitted and it is always subject to availability.

Security and certification
The tour is carried out with a certified and experienced Tour Guide, qualified to conduct in Portuguese, Spanish and English. If you need another language, please let us know at the time of booking.
Passeio Rio is a registered Tourism Agency specialized in Receptive Tourism in the State of Rio de Janeiro and we have our own fleet of vehicles in addition to a qualified and accredited team.
